Standardized figures based on FE contents:
The following table compares nutrient ratios contained in Tropica Master Grow, CSM+B and Seachem Flourish trace mixtures. Seeing iron levels are often used as an indicator of
micro nutrient levels in a tank, I decided to use iron content to standardize the rest of the numbers. This allows us to compare element ratios without having to worry about differences
in dilution rates of each of these products. For example, CSM+B supplies around 3 times the amount of Boron (B) than TMG when dosed based on iron concentration. However as the second table
shows, the recommended weekly dose for CSM+B supplies 3 times less iron than TMG, so in the end, when dosing CSM+B as directed, we are dosing 1/3 of the iron Seachem Flourish and TMG suggest,
the same amount of Boron as TMG and about 2.4 times as much Boron as Flourish.
